The terms “Nurture Nest” “we”, “our” and “us” when used in these Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) means Nurture Nest. The terms “you”, “your” and “yours” when used in these Terms of Sale means you, as a user of our website.
Use of the Website
By placing an order for an Item through our website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale, you must cease using this website.
Your Status and Eligibility to Purchase
When you order an Item, you will be required to provide payment details. You represent and warrant that the payment details you provide are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the “billing information” provided.

We have made every effort to ensure the correctness of all details, photographs and descriptions relating to Items on our website. We do our best to display, as accurately as possible, the relevant size, length, colours, textures, weight and dimensions of each Item.
Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated on our website are Australian sizes.
– Please take note of any measurements provided to get a more accurate idea of the scale of each Item. We have made every effort to ensure that all sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible, but please note that they are approximates only.
– The actual colours you see will depend on your computer monitor and browser and therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any image is a completely accurate representation of the actual Item.
All orders are subject to availability of the Item or Items selected. Please note that there may be a delay between the time you place an order and the time when we accept your order, which may result in a change to the stock position relating to particular Items. We will notify you as soon as possible if an Item you have ordered becomes out of stock.
As a courtesy to our customers we allow you to preorder an item that isn’t currently in stock. We stock many items which are limited and hard to find, and preordering allows you to receive the item in the print, size, or style that you prefer. If you would like to place a preorder it is advised to email first for an estimated time of arrival. This is especially important if you require your item quickly. We do our best to estimate the arrival time of the item as best as possible, but sometimes factors out of our control might delay the order such as the time in which the supplier sends the item, the availability of the item for the supplier (particularly woven wraps which may not have been woven yet), customs, international shipping times etc. If you decide you need your item more quickly than the item is due to arrive, we do our best to organise a suitable replacement with you. Please note, depending on the progress of the order it may not be possible to refund your 20% deposit, as items that are especially ordered in for you may be difficult to resell. We cannot place pre-orders for you until we have received this 20% deposit. Pre-order times can be different for each brand and product so if you are unsure, please send an email – sometimes the item is in stock and not listed, is already on the way and only days from arriving, or can be ordered in for you very quickly.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. When you place an order, your order constitutes an offer to buy an Item from us. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this email does not mean that your order has been accepted, rather it is an acknowledgment that we have received your order. Acceptance of your order will take place when your order is dispatched. We will email you that your order has been dispatched. The contract between you and us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if certain events occur, for example, we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, an Item is out of stock or withdrawn, there is a system malfunction, shipping restrictions apply to a particular Item or you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms of Sale.
Please note that the price of any Item stated on our website excludes delivery costs. Delivery costs will be added to the total amount due, as set out in the delivery section of our website.
Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices stated on our website are correct, sometimes mistakes can occur. If we find that there has been a pricing error when we receive your order, we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed at the correct price.
Prices of Items may change from time to time so please carefully check the pricing information provided on our website to confirm the current price of any Item. Any price changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you confirmation that the Item ordered has been dispatched.
We may change these Terms of Sale at any time. We also reserve the right to amend, vary or remove any Items and any page of this website at any time and without notice.
Please read these Terms of Sale regularly. If you do not agree to any change we make to the Terms of Sale, then you must immediately stop using our website. Any changes made to our Terms of Sale after you have placed an order will not affect that order however, unless we are required to make the change by law.
